Welcome prospective students! These pages are full of information about studying Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M, and the rest of the site contains loads of information about the department and the courses we offer. Currently, our department is ranked first in undergraduate studies and second in graduate studies in the United States (according to U.S. News & World Report). Our undergraduate students are required to have a summer internship, and we encourage multiple internships to increase the amount of hands-on experience our graduates bring with them to industry.
