Dr. Diego Donzis and Dr. Jodie L. Lutkenhaus are among the 2018 class of Presidential Impact Fellows, which were recently announced by Texas A&M University President Michael K. Young and Provost and Executive Vice President Carol Fierke.

Leveraging advances in both hardware and software infrastructure, the Computational Materials Science Summer School at Texas A&M University aims to train students in some of the most advanced and widely used computational materials science simulation tools.

A multidisciplinary team from Texas A&M University and the Army Research Laboratory was one of the three teams that won the MD5 A-Hack-of-the-Drones 2018 hackathon in Austin, Texas with the promise of $15,000 to further develop their ideas.
