Research

Just as reservoirs change during production processes, so do well conditions. Operators constantly diagnose how wells and production methods affect subsurface conditions and adjust both to keep conditions at an optimum for recovery processes.

Focus Areas

Specialties include:

  • Fiber optic sensing for fracture diagnosis
  • Pressure transient analysis and new reservoir diagnostic practices, such as fracture injection tests
  • Rate transient analysis
