Engineering Tuition Assistance Program
The Engineering Tuition Assistance Program is designed to defray some of the cost qualifying system employees incur when advancing their education.

To qualify for the Engineering tuition assistance program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be admitted to and enrolled in Texas A&M University*, Blinn College, or another Texas A&M System university.
- Be employed in a staff title at Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) or the College of Engineering (COE).
- Be budgeted at least 50% effort.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of service in a staff title prior to the first day of class.
- Be employed with TEES or the COE at the time of disbursement of the tuition payment.
- Be in good academic standing and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 for undergraduate and professional students and 3.0 for graduate students.
*Staff in a COE ADLOC (starting with “02”) enrolled in Texas A&M will automatically receive tuition assistance under the Texas A&M tuition assistance program and do not need to apply for the Engineering Tuition Assistance Program.

Funding limits are prioritized by institution, degree type and date of request Priority Institution Degree Type Date of Request First Texas A&M University Bachelor's All things held equal, we will prioritize based on the date the request was submitted. Second Blinn Associate's All things held equal, we will prioritize based on the date the request was submitted. Third Texas A&M System Master's All things held equal, we will prioritize based on the date the request was submitted. Funding:
- Texas A&M University
- Fall/Spring Semesters
- 1-5 credit hours: $1,000
- 6+ credit hours: $2,000
- All Summer Semesters
- 1+ credit hours: $1,000
- Fall/Spring Semesters
- Blinn/Other Texas A&M System University
- 1+ credit hours: Up to $1,000 per semester
- Texas A&M University
