Class cancelled/Operations suspended

Due to inclement weather affecting the Bryan-College Station area, Texas A&M University has cancelled all classes for Tuesday, Jan. 21. Additionally, all campus operations have been suspended. A decision about Wednesday, Jan. 22 will be made by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21. Ways for Partners to Participate

There are several ways of participation for industry and friends of the department. The following is a list of the top ways for you to partner:

  • Undergraduate (UG) Capstone Program
  • Graduate (GR) Capstone Program
  • IISE Career Fair
  • Donation to ISEN Excellence Fund
  • Research equipment/software/case studies/data donations
  • Faculty-Led Research
  • Industry tours for students and/or faculty
  • K-12 Outreach Involvement (materials, robotics, equipment, etc.)

Financial donations will go toward the department’s excellence funds to support the mission and goals of the department. These goals are:

  1. Recruit and retain excellent students.
  2. Attract and retain top research and teaching faculty, and staff.
  3. Establish and maintain world-class research and teaching facilities.
  4. Increase departmental visibility.
