The mission of the Data Engineering Advisory Council (DAENAC) is to provide a continuing liaison between the Wm Michael Barnes '64 Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and the practicing profession to improve the quality of the Data Engineering program at Texas A&M University.
Major functions of the DAENAC:
- Assist in resource development to support the needs and programs of the department.
- Serve in an advisory capacity to the department head by reviewing and making recommendations about the goals, strategies, and programs of the department.
