The Texas A&M University College of Engineering's Quick Admit Graduate Program provides an expedited review process for our graduate programs. See below to learn about program requirements and benefits and the application process.

Requirements

Students who wish to pursue a master’s degree in the same department from which they are graduating will be automatically admitted if they have a 3.25 GPA or higher. Students who have a 3.0 GPA or higher will undergo an expedited review based on their undergraduate transcript in Howdy. Students can apply to master’s programs in majors other than their undergraduate major.

How to Apply

To apply, visit the EngineeringCAS application page. Then take the following steps to submit one application only for the spring 2021 term:

  1. Select spring 2021 term.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Filter institution to Texas A&M University.
  4. Enter “Quick Admit” in the search box.
  5. Select the Quick Admit degree program of interest by clicking on the “+” sign and adding it to your application.
  6. Complete all four quadrants of the application and submit.
