Earth and deep space

About the Research

To push the frontiers of space exploration, the Texas A&M College of Engineering and the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station are taking the lead in multiple areas of space research. These include hypersonic flight, automated space debris removal, unsupervised navigation systems and space vehicle design. Our mission is threefold: advance our understanding of the obstacles related to space travel; find innovative solutions to solve these unmet challenges; and create new, sophisticated technologies that will benefit future space missions and society.
