The basic requirements for EH students in CSCE are below. View your progress in the EH status portal. For a more detailed list of requirements, see the information section below. 

Each semester:

Each academic year (fall and Spring semester):

  • Complete the EH survey in May.

Before graduating:

  • Earn 21 honors credit hours:
    • Must be engineering, math or science courses.
    • At least 3 credit hours must come from a CSCE 400-level or approved CSCE graduate course.
    • 6 credit hours must come from 491 honors research.
    • Complete a thesis with the Undergraduate Research Scholars Program.
