Tony and Neera Bansal ’87 Talbert have established the Tony and Neera Basal ’87 Talbert Scholarship, which will be used to provide for one or more scholarships to full-time students in good standing who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University.
Neera received a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from Texas A&M in 1987. She is currently the director, data science and SI partner programs, at Microsoft. Tony is a senior program manager at IBM.
The scholarship will be funded through the Texas A&M Foundation with matching funds contributed from Microsoft Corporations and IBM.
