Dr. Michael Moreno, assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, is a recipient of the 2016 Dean of Engineering Excellence Award.
The award will be presented at an annual awards banquet May 3. Moreno is one of six faculty members in the college of engineering to receive this honor in 2016. He performs research focused at the intersection of experimental and computational biomechanics, the medical device industry and clinical practice.
