Kyle +KellyKyle Kelly, an industrial distribution major, has been elected as the next student body president for Texas A&M University. Kelly, a senior, will officially take office in April and will serve a one-year term.

Kelly is the second consecutive student from the Dwight Look College of Engineering to lead the university’s 58,000-member student body. Current president Reid Joseph is also an industrial distribution major.

Kelly is a member of the Corps of Cadets, serves as the chaplain for his squadron and is a member of the Ross Volunteers. Additionally he is the worship chair for the Brotherhood of Christian Aggies (BCA), has been a “Maroon Coat” host for the Texas A&M Foundation, has been active in the Student Government Association, and has served as a host for Aggie Muster.
