In the Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution (ETID), we offer four undergraduate degrees - Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (ESET), Industrial Distribution (IDIS), Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology (MMET) and Multidisciplinary Engineering Technology (MXET). While these degrees are distinct, the curricula of all emphasize state-of-the-art technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship. Because these programs focus on project-based learning and experiential education, most courses include hands-on laboratories, giving students the opportunity to put theory into practice. We also have two minors - Technical Sales and Embedded Systems Integration.
We offer three graduate degrees - Master of Industrial Distribution (MID), Master of Engineering Technical Management (MSET) and Master of Science in Engineering Technology (MSET). MID is a part time, online program designed for working professionals in distribution, B2B sales and manufacturing. METM is a part time, online program for engineering and technology professionals who aspire to become technical leaders. MSET is a resident program providing advanced application-oriented education in engineering, addressing the need for a workforce with highly skilled technical talent.
