Overview

The Zachry Leadership Program focuses on helping you expand your perspective and gain an appreciation for the power of collaboration and the diversity of thought, while also learning to become more selfless.

Program Structure

The Zachry Leadership Program spans five semesters with one three-credit-hour leadership course each semester. Each semester, the cohort explores a different leadership topic, as well as principles of service and the free enterprise system.

Requirements and Expectations

Much of the learning in this program occurs through interaction and experiences, so attendance and active engagement are mandatory for all program components, including the pre-semester retreats.
