The department offers two undergraduate degrees: Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. These are diverse but related disciplines involving a variety of fields, including, but not limited to, telecommunication systems and networks, electronics and solid state devices, biomedical systems, control systems, power systems and computer architecture. The opportunities for undergraduate students to participate in research projects, study abroad programs, and even pursue a master's degree while earning their baccalaureate make joining our undergraduate programs an excellent choice.
We offer short courses for those already working in the field of electrical and computer engineering who seek to add depth to their existing knowledge base but do not want a degree.
The Engineering Honors program gives students the opportunity to interact with other high achieving students and with honors faculty, creating a community of scholars that combines the benefits of a small college with the resources of a major research institution.
