Scheduling Format

If you have been selected to be a peer teacher for the upcoming semester, you will be asked to submit your schedule according to the following instructions.

  1. After registering, view your class schedule on Howdy and create a .txt file with your class meeting times in the following structure:

    • <FirstName> <LastName> <UIN>

    • [MTWTF <Start:Time>-<End:Time]

    • [MTWTF <Start:Time>-<End:Time]

  2. All of the start/end times for your classes should be in 24 hour time. Below is an example.

    • John Doe 123456789

    • MWF 8:00-8:50

    • TR 12:00-13.15

  3. Save the file as FirstName_LastName.txt.
  4. Finally, email the schedule to Dr. Leyk.
