Graduate Degrees


Through its graduate degree programs, the Department of Biomedical Engineering offers qualifying students an opportunity to participate in ground-breaking research in sensing and imaging, optics, biomechanics and biomaterials. Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science, Master of Engineering, Master of Engineering/ Master of Business Administration (in conjunction with the Mays Business School), and Doctor of Engineering degrees are obtainable.

Undergraduate Degree


The undergraduate degree program in Texas A&M's Department of Biomedical Engineering prepares students to find meaningful employment in the biomedical science and medical device industry, including manufacturers, research organizations, government agencies and hospitals; enter and succeed in graduate school in biomedical engineering or other engineering and related disciplines; and enter and succeed in professional schools, including medical, dental and law.
