BME@TAMU offers graduate degrees at the doctoral and masters levels. With each degree, students complete graduate coursework in biomedical engineering and other disciplines around campus, capped with an immersion in either the research, industry, or clinical environments.

Research in BME@TAMU encompasses four specialized areas, including Imaging Technologies, Medical Devices, Regenerative Medicine, and Sensing & Monitoring Technologies. The overarching goal of our research is to impact health outcomes, making our work extremely translational.

Our faculty come from around the globe to work in our state-of-the-art facilities. Each and every one of our faculty members is devoted to providing students with knowledge and expertise through advanced content and hands-on experience that will prepare students for success in industry, academia, government, and more.

The Department of Biomedical Engineering and Texas A&M University campus offer multiple state-of-the-art facilities designed to help bring together the brightest minds across disciplines, colleges and institutions to educate students, conduct landmark research and to develop new and innovative technologies.

ISS serves as a resource for prospective, admitted, and current international students. In addition to issuing documents for students to obtain non-immigrant visas to study at the University, they provide counseling for immigration, employment, financial issues, health insurance, adjustment to the U.S., income taxes, and more.
