    Jeff Reynolds has more than 29 years of industrial experience, including more than 23 years specifically in medical device development, where he managed teams working in all stages of R&D. In his most recent position, he was VP of R&D at a start-up developing a novel fingertip blood pressure monitoring device. Before that, he was a Director at Bayer/Ascenisa Diabetes Care, where he managed functional and project teams across all stages of diabetes medical device development. He is an author on more than a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles and is an inventor of numerous international patents and patent applications, including 23 issued US patents.
