Student in National Aerothermochemistry Lab

The Department of Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University is home to over 650 undergraduates and more than 125 graduate students. These students work hand-in-hand with faculty to advance the science and aerospace engineering knowledge base through basic and applied research, inventions, technologies and solutions to aerospace problems. The curriculum is designed to provide the student with an education in the fundamental principles of aerodynamics and propulsion, dynamics and control, and materials and structures. We strive to serve the aerospace engineering profession by preparing engineers for leadership in the creation, design and operation of the next generation aerospace engineering systems.
