    • Led several strategic initiatives as Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at FEAS
    • Established a multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence at Memorial in the position of Director
    • Facilitated research that led to new technologies as the Canadian Research Chair, Tier 1, Offshore Safety and Risk Engineering
    • Developed six new courses and taught courses while holding the title of Professor in the Department of Process Engineering
