    • 15 years of academic administrative, teaching, advising, curriculum development and assessment experience – Created and served as founding director of 5-year integrated bachelors-master’s architectural engineering degree, first in Michigan to achieve initial program accreditation
    • Recruited, retained, graduated and placed five cohorts of graduates – Maintained 50% women-to-men demographics, 100% placement at or prior to graduation, and secured 500k in endowed scholarships to promote DEI
    • Building owners representative for planning, design, and construction for diverse portfolio of academic, research, and critical care facilities at Wayne State, largest urban university in Michigan
    • Served in management and engineering positions with increasing responsibilities at multinational architectural engineering firms including SmithGroup and Ghafari Associates – Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Lead Mechanical and Systems Design Engineer
