Advising Appointments for Academy Program

See advising information below for students in general engineering at the Texas A&M University Academy Program.

University Faculty and Staff Holidays

There will be no appointments during the following dates:

• May 27, 2024
• June 19, 2024
• July 4, 2024
• September 2, 2024
• November 28 – 29, 2024
• December 24 – January 1, 2025

Summer 2024 Office Hours

May 13 – August 2 (Monday through Friday)

• Virtual appointments are available from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 

Fall 2024 Office Hours

August 5 – December 23 (Monday through Friday)

• Virtual appointments are available from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 

In-person appointments will be offered when Academic Advisors visit partner college locations. More information will be provided on the Canvas Community page and via email.

How to Schedule an Advising Appointment

Schedule an appointment by logging in to Navigate with your NetID and password and follow the steps below.

1. Select the blue “Schedule an Appointment” button.
2. Select "Advising Texas A&M University".
3. Select a “Service” (for example, EN-General Advising).
4. Pick a date.
5. Select the blue “Find Available Times” button.
6. Select “Virtual (Zoom)” or “In-Person” in the left menu “How would you like to meet?”
7. Select "Advising for Engineering Academy: Online”
8. Choose a time or choose an advisor, then a time.
9. Select the blue “Schedule” button.

Advisors

Begin communication with your assigned advisor by email. If an advisor is not available due to out of the office, you can contact our General Engineering advising email and an advisor will work with you: eaadvising@tamu.edu
