Invent for the Planet, the annual global design competition hosted by Texas A&M University, returned for a fourth time in April 2022. Seven teams representing five countries came together to present their final pitches to industry judges.


Global winners from the April 7, 2022, final competition and their awards were:

  • $5,000 for first place, Texas A&M University - Aquabox
  • $3,000 for second place, New Mexico State University - E2M3
  • $2,000 for third place, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi - Island Vision
