EH: Town Hall -  Register - There will be free food, speakers, student organizations and raffle prizes at this Town Hall event! The event will be held in the Interdisciplinary and Life Sciences Building (ILSB) auditorium from 5:30-7:30 on October 5th.

Undergraduate Research Expo - The purpose of the Undergraduate Research Expo is to connect interested students with research opportunities in any department or program interested in incorporating undergraduate research into the Texas A&M University experience.

Engineering Honors Study Skills Seminar - Register - This seminar will discuss programs available to students to improve their academic performance and programs available in the TAMU academic success center.

TAMU: SASE National Conference and STEM Career Fair 2016 - Register - A great opportunity to netwok with professionals and students from across the United States. Shell, GE, ITW, and 70+ companies are coming to Dallas to help host the largest STEM career fair for Asian Americans.

Students who volunteer at a Summer or Fall event hosted by Engineering Honors will be entered into a raffle drawing, for each volunteering opportunity attended, at the end of the semester for a special prize. Click here to sign up for upcoming volunteer opportunities.



Each College of Engineering department has their own Engineering Honors Coordinator. Every EH student must meet with their coordinator at least once a semester or academic year, depending on your department track requirements that you can find here. Find out who your coordinator is and how to contact them to schedule an appointment before the end of the semester here!

 Aggies Invent - Internet of Things - October 2016

Technology allows us to create intelligent devices that are connected via the internet. Today, this is called the Internet of Things (IoT).  It is opening new business opportunities with huge potential.  Aggies Invent will tackle developing devices, processing techniques, and adding intelligence to addressable devices.  We will focus on what we can build, but more importantly, what can we build for new business opportunities!  Let’s make the Internet of Things come alive! 

Engineering Honors September 2016 Recap

The 2016-2017 Texas A&M University school year started off with bang in the Engineering Honors (EH) Program. In the Month of September, students have had the opportunity to participate in several EH-only events such as a welcome social, attended by over 300 students, resume clinics, mock interview clinic, career fair, and several informationals related to undergraduate research and graduate school. 

Former student establishes gift for study abroad within Chemical engineering program

Need another reason to study abroad? An alumni of the Chemical Engineering Department has established a scholarship for full-time Chemical Engineering students in good standing participating in study abroad.

Texas A&M Engineering ranked eighth among engineering schools at public institutions offering a doctorate, according to the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings of the country’s undergraduate universities and programs.
