Mark Polansky  Barrios -Logo -RGB-Large -In -House -Printing

Mark Polansky is a former astronaut and currently serves as the Barrios Program Manager for the International Space Station (ISS) Program Mission and Program Integration (MAPI Contract), responsible for managing the overall direction of the contract, including the technical, organization, and financial performance. 

Prior to joining Barrios, Polansky spent almost 20 years with NASA as an astronaut and research pilot, supporting ISS assembly and serving as Commander on two shuttle flights: STS-127 in July 2009, STS-116 in December 2006 and Pilot of STS-98 in February 2001. His final NASA assignment was serving as the Director of Operations at Star City, Russia, from January 2010 to June 2012.

Tiffany Jin 

Tiffany received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. After graduating, she moved to California, where she has been an ME designer in the server industry for the past several years at companies such as Oracle and Cisco. While working, she also studied and received her MS from Stanford University, in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in design. Tiffany currently works at Facebook on the ME design team, where she designs data center equipment as well as hardware needs for the rest of Facebook. 

Craig Davied Phillips 66

Craig Davied is the Competitive and Business Analysis Coordinator in the Refinery Services group in Houston.  His position involves conducting benchmarking and competitive studies for thirteen (13) Phillips 66 refineries.  Davied also serves as Phillips 66’s lead recruiter for the Texas A&M College of Engineering. 

Prior to joining Phillips 66, Davied started his career at the Sweeny Refinery after graduating from Texas A&M in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering.  While at the Sweeny Refinery he had assignments in the following areas:  reforming, aromatics, and operations planning and optimization.

Brian Wilks Shell -logo

Brian graduated from Texas A&M’s Honor Program in 2008, with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Political Science.  He joined Shell’s Deepwater business after graduation as a Production Engineer and has since performed various engineering and supervisory roles supporting Shell’s oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico.  He is currently the Well and Reservoir Manager for Shell’s newest Deepwater Development, called ‘Stones’, a $7 billion flagship project that holds the world record for water depth of an offshore facility at 9,550 feet.  In addition to his business role, Brian is Shell’s Manager for Engineering Recruitment at Texas A&M.

James is a global IT executive with a passion for helping clients adopt new technology, developing technical professionals, and business development through client success. James is an executive in the IBM Cloud division, where he manages software engineers and consultants around the world who provide value to IBM clients and business partners. James has a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University, He is a graduate of the Latino Leadership Institute at UCLA, and a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He is a veteran and a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. James is married with three children, one of which is a graduate research assistant here at Texas A&M University!
