"Honors Only" Career Fair - Students Meet-and-Greet Company Reps

"I received the opportunity to work as a Hardware Design Intern because of the skills and experiences that I gained from attending the Honors Career Fair Prep Clinic. I learned how to engage with corporate recruiters and how to develop the skills needed to be hired and to work at big corporations. I gained insight into what companies look for in resumes and how to stand out among thousands of other candidates." -Rejath George, ECEN '19

“The Engineering Honors Career Fair is a student led event that brings industry leaders from the technology, energy, and consulting sectors, just to name a few, together a few days before the SEC Career Fair begins. Recruiters offer constructive feedback in the resume review sessions to help Engineering Honors’ students land the interview for the position they want. It gave me the opportunity to meet the industry recruiter of the company I ended up interning for. I was able to carry lessons from the life and workplace experiences the recruiters shared with us during lunch in my interviews and my internship. I would highly recommend this event as it as an excellent networking and growth opportunity for any Engineering Honors student.” - Sarah Abrash,  CHEN ’19
