According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of biomedical engineers is projected to grow faster than the average for all occupations between 2019-2029, making this a great choice of major.  Starting salaries for biomedical engineers continue to remain strong, with bachelor's degree graduates averaging $65,000. Graduates with a master's degree are expected to earn median salaries of more than $90,000.
