The Engineering Honors Community of Scholars (ECOS) is an optional living learning community for Engineering Honors (EH) students. The ECOS Fellows team is responsible for creating the intellectual and close-knit climate that characterizes the residential community. If the following points resonate with you, then consider applying to be an ECOS Fellow!
- Want to give back to your fellow engineering students?
- Interested in growing your leadership, project management, team building and mentorship skills?
- Want to live on campus for another year?
Application instructions can be found at the bottom of the page.
What Fellows Do
ECOS Fellows provide support to ECOS residents by giving them insight on academic success strategies, locating and encouraging the use of campus resources, encouraging attendance in key campus events, building a strong sense of community, sharing lessons learned, promoting diversity, and creating an intellectual and fun climate. Fellows are expected to adhere to the ECOS Code of Ethics. The commitment period is one academic year, with eligibility to be re-confirmed every semester.
