WE programs and student engagement are made possible through partnerships, collaborations and support from industry, former students, friends and the community. There are a variety of ways to make an impact on WE’s mission, from donating time and materials, providing tours or shadowing opportunities, becoming a mentor or donating funds to the program for scholarships and special events. To support WE, please contact us at weoutreach@tamu.edu.

WE Steering Council:
In partnership with Access and Inclusion, WE works with industry and community partners to meet mutual goals that benefit the university and WE constituent partners.  The WE Steering Council consists of a core group of experts, versed on diversity and inclusion practices, that guide the ongoing efforts of the WE programs to develop strategic and  focused outreach, recruitment, and retention practices. Steering Council members are afforded the unique opportunity to participate and share best practices to increase diversity within the college of engineering at Texas A&M University.  For more information on the WE Steering Council, contact Shawna Fletcher at fletcher.234@tamu.edu or visit Engineering Student Enrichment Affiliates.
