Michael R. Moreno in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Matthew W. Tanner in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering have received The U.S. Senator Phil Gramm Doctoral Awards.

Moreno and Tanner were among seven graduate students honored by the Office of Graduate Studies April 2 in the University Club, Rudder Tower.
