Alisa and Paul Habenicht ’85 have established the Alisa and Paul Habenicht ’85 Scholarship to provide a full-tuition scholarship over four years to a full-time student in good standing pursuing an undergraduate degree in the College of Engineering or College of Education and Human Development from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
“Alisa and I wanted to provide first-generation students, who have demonstrated financial need, the opportunity to change the world with an education they might not be able to afford otherwise,” said Habenicht.
Paul studied petroleum engineering at Texas A&M and is the executive vice president of North America at Hunt Oil Company. Alisa studied educational curriculum and instruction and taught at many different schools across Texas and the Middle East during her career.
