Image -of -daniel -jenningsDr. Daniel F. Jennings, Andrew Rader Professor of Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M, has been recognized as an outstanding alumnus of the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee.

Jennings, who is also the program director of the Master of Industrial Distribution Program, graduated from Tennessee with honors in 1961.

Jennings joined the Texas A&M faculty in 1997, after 13 years at Baylor University. He earned his master’s degree in finance from Northeast Louisiana University and his Ph.D. from Texas A&M.

His research interests include corporate entrepreneurship, leadership, strategic alliances, executive scanning, profitability analysis, process innovation, strategy-structure alignment, top management teams and value creating activities.
