Junkins' Science Fantastic interview to air April 21

Dr. John Junkins speaks with radio's Science Fantastic host Photo of Dr. John Junkins in front of satelliteDr. Michio Kaku on the increasing challenges posed by orbit debris, also known as space junk.

The interview will air on 130 stations several times this weekend, beginning tomorrow (April 21) from 4 to 7 p.m CDT.

The interview can be downloaded as a podcast and can also be listened to live free on your computer.

Kaku is a Japanese American theoretical physicist, tenured professor, and co-creator of string field theory, a branch of string theory. He is on the physics faculty at The City College of New York (CUNY).
