Analog and Mixed Signal Group listed as top producer of IEEE journals in their area

According to recent data provided by the Thomson Reuters (formerly ISI) Web of Knowledge, The Analog and Mixed Signal (AMS) Group from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University has been listed as one of the top-producing universities worldwide that reported papers in the best Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) journals of their area.

From 2003, the group had 85 journal papers in the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuitsand the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I. This ranks third among U.S. universities, behind only the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of California, Los Angeles, and eighth overall out of 4,678 industries and universities.
