Texas A&M named outstanding university by American Concrete Institute

Texas A&M University has been named an Outstanding University for 2010 by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for its student activities and involvement.

"The ACI Award for University Student Activities was initiated to recognize universities that have participated in ACI-related activities" said Diane Pociask, ACI Awards Coordinator. "Your university can take exceptional pride in having reached this level since only 15 universities are receiving this award for 2010."

The award will be announced during ACI's 2011 spring convention at the Opening Session and Annual Awards Program in Tampa, Fla., April 3.
