Admission Requirements

METM admission requirements are:

  • Minimum four years of technical work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Preference will be given to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees.
  • GRE or GMAT scores are not required.

Application Deadlines

Fall Cohort

The Fall Cohort begins in August 2024 and runs through graduation in May 2026.

  • Round 1 (Priority Admission) deadline - January 15, 2024
  • Round 2 deadline – April 15, 2024

Spring Cohort

The Spring Cohort begins in January 2025 and runs through graduation in December 2026.

  • Round 1 (Priority Admission) deadline – July 15, 2024
  • Round 2 deadline – October 15, 2024

Note: Any empty seats remaining after the priority admission deadline are filled during the next admission rounds. Applications are reviewed in the order they are submitted until the program reaches full capacity.

Applications Steps

Step 1: Start your application by creating an EngineeringCAS account, which will allow you to access your application as many times as needed before submitting.

  • Use Fall 2024 Master of Engineering Technical Management for your EngineeringCAS fall application name.
  • Use Spring 2025 Master of Engineering Technical Management for your EngineeringCAS spring application name

Step 2: Provide the required documents listed below through the EngineeringCAS application portal. 

  • Your transcripts from all the universities you previously attended
  • Your resume or CV
  • Three (3) professional letters of recommendation*
  • Two (2) essays*

*The instructions for submitting your letters and the prompts for your essays are found within the application portal.

Step 3: Submit $123 payment ($148 international students) for application processing.
